Smooth rollers for foundation sheets production are designed for rolling bee wax mass and forming it into thin strips. They ensure even distribution of wax and the production of strips with the appropriate thickness and texture.
The device consists of a welded steel body, rollers on bearings, a drive and gear transmission, a stainless steel tray, and pressure screws.
The smooth rollers can be connected to an electric motor or operated manually using the handle included in the set. This allows the device to offer both automatic and manual operation modes, depending on the user’s needs.
